SoundRock performs an intensive induction of all their staff, followed up by regular training. The training includes not only a full job description and thorough „hatting‟ but also general business and organizational principles.

Retail Leasing

Retail Leasing is the major product of the Shopping Centre Industry. Centres are built for the specific purpose of finding the ideal Anchor tenant then filling the GLA (Gross Leasable Area) of a Centre with the best possible mix of tenants.

SoundRock’s Commercial and Industrial Division

SoundRock specializes in new developments. Most of their tenants commit to a lease while the site is still in the planning phase.

Residential Leasing

The function of the division is to obtain a mandate from landlords to renovate residential properties and find suitable tenants for them.

Tenant Co-ordination

Tenant coordinators handle Retail, Commercial, Industrial and Residential properties to ensure excellent communication between Landlord and Tenant and that the installation of Tenants into their rented spaces is achieved with a minimum of fuss.
